Batey Relief Alliance thanks USAID for two decades of partnership

01 July, 2025

NEW YORK, July 1, 2025.-Since 2005, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), through the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief initiative (PEPFAR) and its Title II International Food Relief Partnership Food for Peace program, provided Batey Relief Alliance with the support needed to ensure that over 350 thousand vulnerable people and their families, including those living with HIV and AIDS in the Dominican Republic, do have access to life-saving nutrition and HIV care, impacting 1,235,850 lives (~11% of the nation’s total population). Our gratitude to the agency for all it’s done on behalf of those in dire need.
